Before becoming a star at Columbia Pictures, Rita Hayworth did supporting roles and bit parts in a about a half dozen mid to late 1930s westerns starring the Three Mesquiteers, Tom Keene, George O'Brien and Tex Ritter.

During this period, she was also laboring in a variety of B films (including entries in the Lone Wolf, Charlie Chan and Blondie series).

She was married several times, and her husbands included Orson Welles, Aly Khan and big band singer Dick Haymes.  In later life, she was stricken with Alzheimers disease.

I won't replicate bio or screen related info on Hayworth, as her life is well covered in both print media and the Internet.

Although some of the data is incomplete or inaccurate, the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) has information on Rita Hayworth: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000028/

Jim Tipton's Find A Grave website has photos of the grave marker for Hayworth at Holy Cross Cemetary, Culver City, California: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=1253

Singing cowboy Tex Ritter starred in TROUBLE IN TEXAS (Grand National, 1937), a tale about rodeo racketeers, and Rita Cansino was the female interest. Above left is the opening title screen from the original film release. Several years later - after Cansino had become famous as Rita Hayworth - TROUBLE IN TEXAS was re-released ... and Rita was the star, displacing Tex in the opening title.
